Its in elements to, in my copy It shares a button with sponge tool (yellow sponge icon) and the dodge tool (lollipop) burn tool is a hand symbol. Left click on icon to change function. It is located at the bottom of the tool bar.

Will go and have a play, see if i can get some decent monochrome prints.
Might have to buy a cheep clour printer and change it to a B/W using third party inks the px720wd is great for A4 colour but not for B/W IMHO.
Thanks again, some one always comes up trumps on pentax user.

Dopey Dave Again.
Watched a video done by Puma colour to b/w and he used a burn tool like in the old days, i take it this is only in photoshop and not elements.
If it is in elements can you tell me where to find it.
