I think No 4 had huge potential. The positioning of the policemans face and the eyes of the veiled lady could realy work. However, as it is, the yellow sticker top right and the white window dummy on the left distract the attention.
I too wouldn't mind meeting up in Birmingham.

There is also something about number 3 which is pleasing. Quite hard to put a finger on it
