Careful consideration always goes into selecting the equipment for this trip, and this is probably the closest to ideal I've ever chosen. The K1 MkII with grip (to reduce the need to change batteries mid shoot) was accompanied by the FA*400 (for the wildlife mainly), the A*200 Macro, the D FA 28-105 and the FA 20-35...

Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
