Love where you've ended up, but it does look slightly odd that the drops of vinegar don't line up with the centre of the impact on the oil... or is it just me?

Good point Steve. Perhaps the angle of the dish at the edge made the impact happen further towards the center than the drops themselves. Not sure how that happened really. Now you've brought my attention to it, it does look ever so slightly odd. I'll mull it over - easy to remedy in Photoshop if I think it's worth doing. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hi, I really like your shot. The only problem for me was that you cannot understand it's oil in the plate in the B&W shot. On the other hand the bread does not look "mediterranean" in the colour shot. Bread is usually white. How about trying B&W but having oil and vinegar in colour?
Just a thought....
