Borders in Elements9

Anyone please tell me - how can I save an image WITH a border?

Can put a border on in printing, & print.

But, how/where to put one on in edit - & save as?

all pointers appreciated.

In Photoshop, Ctrl+A or Select>All. Edit>Stroke

In the stroke dialog box you can select width and colour of the stroked line. Set to "inside" to avoid creating the line partly outside the image area.

Finally, Ctrl+D or Select>Deselect.

Then Save As.
