Bokeh Check

This one was interesting solely on account of the bokeh on the LHS of the image (not for artistic merit at all). This type of bokeh is not one I've seen before? It's from a background collection of eucalypt leaves and twigs.

Any thoughts on it are welcome as usual.

Edit - I should have added that it was the Kx, with a DA21 at f4, 1/1000 sec, 0.5 Ev. Post in LR 3.

I rather like that, very 'painterly'

The closest I could find from my archives was this (Super Tak 50/1.4), but yours seems much more defined at the edges.

I've not seen that effect before but I like it
K10D, K5 plus plenty of clueless enthusiasm.
