I like the composition! Well captured.
Unfortunately the bird looks slightly out of focus, and the colour balance seems a little off (like tungsten setting in daylight).

Agree with Terry, the composition is great But there seem to be some other problems with focus/camera shake/soft lens, or something. The branch doesn't look too bad, but the bird is soft. Very short DOF? What lens? How far away were you? Is this a tight crop?
