Down in Southern Africa - just a couple of days back.
He looks like a "teenager" so may have been pushed out of the pride.
A little way away we also found a group of three females.

DA*300 fully open at f4 and an AF360FGZ flash. I needed to push the sensitivity right up to 1600 because of the distance and NO ambient light.
