An attempt at macro bees today.

645z with 120mm macro plus a 30mm extension tube with 2 stacked cactus triggers linked to a Sigma ring flash - quite a handful

1/1600 sec - F10 - ISO 640 - Flash on half power

Might well be a handful but those results make it all worthwhile.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
