Hi, cann anyone help? I bought a bamboo fun medium and all is great with it but I then downloaded elements 10 from thw wacom site and at the play/save screen pressed save, after 3 hours all downloaded to my program files but I can't do anything with it, any ideas how I can get it to play or should I have pressed play at the first screen?

You need to install the program. Find wherever it downloaded to (normally the downloads folder) and click the program to install, then follow the instructions on screen.
