Backpacks

My current backpack, a Lowepro 400 Flipside is coming to the end of its useful life, so to speak which means that it needs replacing in the not too distant future. I am trying to decide whether to buy a Flipside 400 AW iii or the Flipside 500 AW ii. Does anyone have any experience with either bag, please?
