Stefan's back and Gwyn's gone quiet. Am I detecting a split personality at work?

Thank you all.

I'm thinking of going easy on the informative contributions to be honest
And Gwyn replied to one of my comments already so she isn't gone

btw i've started a professional photography course, had my first lesson last monday, might write a little report on that and maybe pass on some info if there is something interesting.

Nice to see you back Stefan. I enjoyed your scientific explanations - at least you did base your arguments on facts rather than mere opinion. I look forward to your contributions now you are back.

Thank you all, surely feel welcome already and things haven't change it seems, most of you still even have the same avatar

Well he is going to check some things out

We have a tutor who is really into analogue photography. He has had his own successful studio for years and some big projects so that's all fine but the first lessons are all about digital work-flow so not really his expertize...
He did knew the basics though but linear sensor was a bit unknown to him but he knew about ETTR so we will see.

Btw first time doing some photography work on the Mac with photoshop, i thought everything was the same but it works slightly differently though.
Window management is very example very different, couldn't get the hang of that and was all the time searching for the window with the photo in needed...

try hitting f3 then clicking on the window you want.
Fired many shots. Didn't kill anything.

Will try that next time.
I already found some new shortcuts in PS that i've never used all about window management so it was already going better in the end.

Is there a way to connect a window to PS instead that it floats around on his own? That should solve most problems i had.
