B+W from last week

One of my pictures from my outing with the MX last week. The harsh sunlight has created a soft focus effect scene through the bridge I think. Or maybe I have just had one too many drinks.

Yeah. It's a nice one! The sun's focus on the bridge is a good one. But, black and white are always awesome.

Under the bridge, the grass is green.

Definitely no green. Everywhere you look R=G=B, i.e. greyscale.

Well, I can still see green and there is nothing wrong with my eyesight and I am not colour blind.
Passed my eyesight tests with flying colours (no pun intended).

Then it is time for you to get a new monitor.

I posted a picture of the PS colour picker sampling the area in question.

It probably isn't the monitor but the brain being tricked.

Well yes, you expect to see grass as being green so the brain tells you it is green by doing the colour conversion for you! I agree with you it does look green but isn't really if you look at it closely.

That's a great set of lines, frames and reflections - well seen! (I saw the grass as green after reading that my brain could trick me into it )
