You might think it out of your comfort zone but they look mighty good to me - the first one and 'tall trees' particularly.

thanks for comments, the wood has been severely damaged by Ash die back and has seen a lot of trees cut down so going to be more difficult as a subject. Most of the ferns have have been destroyed where they have brought machinery in to cut the trees up, making a right mess. It seems to be happening in quite a few places around here. They seem to be cutting down a lot of trees that are close to roads which makes sense i suppose, would not want a dead limb falling onto the road and seriously injuring someone.
