Lovely shot! I wouldn't dream of doing anything about that green 'blob'. It's a major feature according to the explanation (well, sort of, anyway). Also, it doesn't disturb me in the least. Leave it as it is, I'd say.

Wow, George! (maybe I should have used a different expression, because Í think I read somewhere you strongly dislike the word 'wow' - if that is so, then sorry ). I'm impressed by your knowledge of the Dutch language!

"Wow" is fine when it's merited - it's the unmerited wows I dislike.

But I do think that this picture merits the word. Quite magnificent. There was Peter, posting bison pictures, when all along he had this masterpiece up his sleeve that he was keeping quiet about.

That makes me feel so very small when I look at it, a great photo pschlute. Its almost mythical and I half expect to see a unicorn or even a hobbit in the foreground.

By the way, there was nothing wrong at all with the bison pictures.

But this one is in a different class.

PS: I can take or leave hobbits, but I'm looking forward to the unicorns.

Fantastic picture, but I must admit that the green streak disturbed me too at first - looked as some kind of dye waste was being poured into the water But then - it looks like it was, doesn't it?
You've really shown the waterfall's magnitude Huuuuge!
Kind regards,

Calibrated my laptop screen now, I can see the stars! As well as the cliff detail in the top half of your shot
