How do you do it Malcolm..... First you make "Ducks Change Colour" and
now your making "Cows Turn Purple"

You are quite right!
I didn't notice.
My photo software will do this if I use "auto levels". Some colours improve - some get worse. I really should adjust the levels by hand as follows:
