apologies

The latest thread from me was locked and Ken said there that members have complained to me and about me and that I caused pain.

I really want to make personally apologies to the ones that are hurt so if you can contact me (here or PM) and say how I hurt you so that I can make a apology that would be appreciated.

With kind regards,
Stefan

Stefan
you have never caused me pain or offended me personally. We are all entitled to our opinions and as long as no personal attacks are made on people via postings, I don't really think any apologies are needed. "I may not approve of what you say, but I will defend your right to say what you think"

Stephen, it shows character to apologize.
I have to get Gerri, or an assistant on commercial projects to run interference for me, so to speak in order to minimize the risk of offending people.
Some people are blessed with diplomatic skills, and some of us have no filter between brain and mouth.

It pays to try and get along.

Stefan, I am sure Ken didn't mean pain as in 'emotional turmoil'.

He probably meant pain like a nagging toothache or someone constantly drilling into the wall next door!

You don't really need to give an apology, but if you want to, it doesn't mean anything if you have to ask people to PM you to explain why they feel they need one

I want to know what i did wrong that i hurted them because that wasn't my intention.
Making mistakes isn't a bad thing but not learning from them is.

Stefan, You are a treasure to this Forum. Your knowledge and helpfulness always blesses me. Like Don said, there are some of us who know what we mean but are not good at conveying this in words. The look and body language is often needed to make sense of what is intended.
I understand fully your intention in discovering what was said that did not convey fully your meaning but do not be disappointed if this is not forthcoming. The old saying...react in haste and repent at leasure comes to mind. It is the story of my life. Relax, Stefan, we need people like you on this Forum.

I have often hinted (in jest) that Stefan is more than one person, a group of people who man the forum 24hrs a day sharing the same name, and this is how "Stefan" is able to provide so much information on so many subjects, and of course seemingly be online at all times. I'm surprised you've not come across it

Stefan your command of a language which isn't your own, your knowlwdge of all things Pentax and abiding good humour, make your presence here, at least as far as I'm concerned, an asset.
Best wishes,

Andrew

Fatspider. I love humour but it is many faceted, and no!! I did not get it but I understand what you mean. Stefan is never far away at any time of day. Apologies for my lack of comprehension.

Thank you all again ^^

Alan you can joke all you want

I'm still in discussion about what happened with one of the mod, I've no idea how that will unfold.
Peter Bargh is now explaining the "pentax only" rule to me but he explain it differently then how it is used currently so i've also no idea about how that one will go.
