Anyone else noticed the price drops at SRS?

I do not think anyone has any advantage, it makes no difference where the items are made or assembled, as they are at the mercy of the parts suppliers.

Many of the Japanese major factories are in or near the affected east coast area, including parts makers. But all of Japan is affected with power cuts, tranport issues and workers unable to get to work.

All the Japanese camera and lens makers now have real on-going problems.
