Another which camera thread

Off to Antarctica shortly. Plan was to use my 60-250 on one K3 and my 18-135 on another which would be purchased second hand. However, having seen the glowing reviews of the K50 I'm wondering if a new one of them with a warranty would be a better bet or should I try and find a used K3ii?

Background info. I'm a travel photographer so after this trip I'll only need one body. If I picked up a bargain K3 I'd probably keep it as it is a better camera than I'll ever need, but I'd probably sell the K50 or K3ii. Although the K3ii is newer I occasionally need a flash and so the K3 is a better travel option. The other main attraction of the two newer models is the night sky photos which have the potential to be amazing in Antarctica.

So, what to do?

Personally I would stick wit the k3 unless you need the GPs then it's the k3ii
I have the k3ii and I don't miss the flash

You're probably right and I'm going OTT as usual. I don't want to stretch to a K3ii if I can help it so I'll keep my eyes peeled for a good value K3.
