Nearly 9 on a Friday night and no one has mentioned beer!
I can only assume people are too drunk to type!

On Wednesday afternoon I found a box with a dozen part used bottles of various alcoholic beverages mainly wine but some spirits such as sapphire Bombay gin. Not sure if these would be safe to drink I disposed of them down the toilet. I felt quite giddy from the fumes

If Hollande has his way beer will get really expensive in France. Funnily enough he's not planning on raising taxes on wine though.
Will Alsace want to go back to Germany? Will Lille/Pas de Calais (aka French Flanders) want to become Belgian?
Maybe Brittany will form a Celtic nation with the Cornish.
But more likely the EU will say non.
Enough beer talk?

A pity our Lidls don't sell spirits. I hear they have a very fine Single Malt for a ridiculous price. Called Maxwell for anyone interested.

Nae drink for me. Flying tomorrow.
I know that everyone says that I'd be better with a manual bike, but I'm too lazy. I'll spend 99% of my time in traffic rather than country roads.
