Of course, with TT being a cybernetic life force she will plug the memory into herself instead of the camera and be able to remember this entire thread word for word!

Anyone know when summer is due to begin?
I think it started 5 past Sunday 1.6 and ended a short time afterwards, oh no, I was wrong the rain is warm so it is still summer

Hanselling We have a tradition where if anything with pockets is bought ie coats jacket bag etc., a coin is placed, by anyone not owning the item, in one of the pockets to ensure good fortune for the owner. Having just bought a small camera bag I requested Mrs Snap break with tradition and instead of money suggested a nice lens would be more suitable. So far the silence has been deafening
Is this a country wide tradition, perhaps under a different name?

I may have caused summer to start by complaining in this thread!

The last couple of days have been sunny and bright. This cannot be a coincidence.

I have therefore concluded that the gods of pointlessness are reading this thread and acting accordingly upon the prayers contained within.

I am fairly sure that Stan will receive a new lens and we may also see the second coming of Fat Spider!

So I am starting a new religion called pointlessism where you basically get to do what you want. Although you do have to send me all your money.

We've had enough silliness on the forum, so one poster banned for 7 days and one can consider themselves on a final warning. They will have no doubt who they are.

You lack ambition there G - don't start a religion, make 'Pointlessism' a whole new category all of it's own - something new and of course pointless - I'm sure you will need HG to accept a high up position within this whole new and entirely unique 'thing'

Can I be on commission paid in lenses please

I fear for you discussing religion in his light hearted vein. The great Spaghetti God will visit on you with dire consequences

The first few days of sunshine and...

I'm on Doxycycline.

Rule 1: Avoid Sunlight and/or sunlamps

Rule 2: Take sitting down or standing up with lots of water

Won't go into the other rules, to sad to think about

On Stuey's advice it is no longer a religion but The Cult of K-Mount.

Having met many of the members in person, there will be no naked rituals. In fact as much clothing as possible is advised.

We shall meet at the church in Whitby on midsummers eve and all discuss the advantages of full frame.

And Canon is not canon!

I think you should rethink Pointlessism as a photographic movement, you would have more followers than you could shake an awful lot of sticks at
