Hi Takumar, welcome to the forum.
Whereabouts in Ca are you - just because I'm nosey.
We have been a few times - my other half used to visit JPL a lot, and also somewhere up around San Francisco/San Jose area. We still have friends there and have been over a few times just to them and to top up on some scenery and sun!

Ha! My employer is ITT Corp, but I work directly with JPL engineers and scientists. (Don't ask any more about what I do or I just might have to break all your lenses.)

I just registered also. I have been a Pentax lover for a long time. But just recently got back into really using my cameras. At the moment I only own two KXes and a KM, and some 50mm lenses plus one screw mount 135mm super Takumar. I also have some other equipment which I plan to sell in order to buy a K20D. I'm glad I found this site, it looks like a place where I can learn a lot. I hope to post some images in the near future.
