I'd ask a penny for them. Not sure how much the listing would cost if they don't sell.

NB - be very careful of RM postage costs as they have just gone up a lot!
K-3 II, K-3 and a K-70 from SRS (having now relegated the K-30 /"K-50" to a backup body), & some Sigma and Pentax lenses (and a lot of old 35mm gear!)

Then you run the risk that's what they'll go for, if only one person wants/spots them. I'd agree with John, wait for a free listing, and I'd start them at £5 + postage at cost.

The 70-210 won't be worth much more than £10 maximum, I'd be surprised if it sold for more but then stranger things have happened on ebay.
As for the 200mm possibly £15-£20
The trick of course is taking decent pics and making the lens look better than it is.

I have been given a couple of old K mount lenses that I have no interest in and will probably stick them on ebay. Just wondered if anybody had any experience of either of them and any idea what they may be worth - my gut feel is they are probably only worth £5 to £10 each.
They are:
KA mount Mirage MC Macro 70-210 1:4.5-5.6
K mount Bell and Howell 1:4 200mm

Both are near mint unmarked condition.
