I'm not sure what the restoration costs would be for this bargain.

A bit of saddle soap would have it looking as good as new

It would be cheaper to rear your own cattle, kill it, skin it, tan its hide, trim the leather, and make a brand new case!!

Hardly a Lead to a Deal, so I'll relocate this.

It's already been through ebay several times

Possibly people have bought it and found that on delivery
it's not as good as it looks in the picture, so they put
it back on ebay

It's what's known as an "Auction Case"..... spends
all it's life passing through auctions just like
"Auction Cars" do....
Half Man... Half Pentax ... Half Cucumber

Pentax K-1 + K-5 and some other stuff

We used to have an old TLR camera at ADAPS that people kept bringing back on Auction Night. It disappeared from public view when someone actually kept it to use.

Some of these buggers make me laugh! Every piece of kit I have EVER sold on Ebay has been fit for purpose and in good condition. What da hell are these people smoking?
It's not about the equipment; it's the results you achieve with it.
