Thanks for the comments! I am more impressed with the K5 every time I go out with it. There was hardly any noise at all on the ISO 400 shots, and it's a revelation after the K7 to be able to use ISO 1600, though I find with long exposures at 1600 there's significantly more noise.

Thanks for the comments! I would throughly recommend visiting this cathedral if you are ever in Madrid, they are quite happy to let you photograph anything you want, except during Mass. I was in there for an hour and a half (30 minute break during Mass, which was interesting in itself). The stained glass windows are amazing, a fascinating blend of ancient and contemporary work.
