All got to go!

Business folded and moving on, will just have to find something else to do with my time, no point in having such nice gear if it's not earning me any money. I have to be realistic, breaks my heart but there it is, Other half is losing her job at the end of the month and we'll need some readies to see us through...

So here goes, and please,no vultures taking the piss because I'll come round with a baseball bat!

K3 less than 500 shots and immaculate with everything and two spare DSTE Batteries, which last longer than the original £875, still got the SRS receipt somewhere
DA* 16-50mm F2.8 immaculate NO SDM problems ever £460, comes boxed with all the bits.
DA* 50-135mm f2.8, Perfect but missing the hood widget for the polariser, and some scuffing to the lens cap, NO SDM problems, hence £460, boxed with the bits.
DA* 300mm F4 in lovely nick, just a couple of marks on the metals at the top of the lens where you attach the hood, and a teeny bit of brassing on the the lens collar knob, otherwise perfect the original Lens foot has a couple of rub marks on it but I'll add in my FANOTEC Arca lens Foot for free, £675
Siggy 8-16MM HSM, Perfect and used about three times boxed with all the bits and £375.
there may be some bags and bits after but that's it for now...
If anyone wants the lot I'll put it all in a Lowepro Sport 200AW bag for £2800...
I can't let this little lot go piecemeal really so unless I quickly get definite ales for most if not all of it, I'll just eBay it to shift it quickly...
We'll come to some arrangement over postage...

Jules, all your gear looks beautiful and looked after. I'm sorry to hear of your situation and I wish I was ready to offer up for some lenses myself. I wish you the very best for the sales and the future.

I fully intend to come back in fact I may buy an MX-1 just so I don't have to leave. it is what it is...
It's hard to justify the gear when you can't get out to the lakes etc to use it anyway it's just rotting sat in the cupboard, it'll be some months before I'm fit enough for fell walking etc and the situation will be more positive then I'm sure! I've not shot anything in nearly two months

Thanks everyone for the kind wishes but don't be sad for me, because I'm not...
Cheers Jules...

Indeed great opportunity for buyers, quality stuff here on sale. Pity I already have everything I wanted, only carve for that x1.4 converter! I'm glad you decided not to part with this forum and plan to rearm yourself with the MX-1

I'm very sorry to hear of your diminished circumstances, Jules. I do hope that things improve for you and your family.

Looking positively, I have learnt that it is not necessary to own the very best equipment in order to take decent photographs. A K100 with a standard zoom is all you really need. Stop it down a bit and keep the ISO low and with your skill no one will know the difference.

Then we won't lose you from the forum.
Best wishes,

Andrew
