After A book by Ansel Adams

I'm Going on Holiday Next Sunday 4th July and wanted to buy and take a new book to read but mostly admire landscape images

can any one endorse a book

Do you mean Ansel Adams?

For just admiring his photos you could consider Ansel Adams 400 photographs.

For learning try Ansel Adams The Camera, or The Making of 40 Photographs.

None of these books is cheap mind.

He also has an autobiography, which I haven't yet read.

Off topic, as I think you're going to Cornwall how about Andrew Nadolski's End of the Land. I think its mostly pictures. Stunning work though. He makes the most of Cornwall. http://www.nadolski.com/
