Actually a replacement shoe isn't that much. It only takes four screws to replace.
Think I got mine from Asahi Photo last time I broke a shoe.

been a while I was shooting a wedding yesterday and I accidentally knocked my flashgun when packing up and broke the shoe, still seem to work but just wondering of anyone is selling a spare at a good price.
