Advice: 360fzg or 58 af-1

Hi i know that this 2 options are different but i don't know if i want the fully specs of the metz with the size, weight and price or if i bought the 360 smaller and more economic. are the weight and size very different?
the price in my country are u$286 for pentax 360 and u$488 for metz 58.
i am amateur, the buy it's just for fun, family and friends events(concerts, birthday, etc)
i already have a vivitar 285hv, and an old flash with a photosensor.
what do you think?

By the way. I'm going for Metz 58 AF-1 as soon as I can, as it is just between AF360 and AF540 when it comes to price but build quality and specs are much better.

I don't know if you have connexions in UK, but currently, the samsung SEF54 (clone of the AF540) is at 177£ on amazon...

Yep, that's $247 at the current change...

Just checked that,looks like a good deal. BUT the shipping says "usually dispatched within 1-2 months".
