Adventure rig

Hey Mac from Montreal...need some input from you and anybody else that wants to chime in....

I got 3 motorcycles.
A Yamaha fj1200, a Yamaha fz1, and a Kawasaki 454ltd.

I'm thinking....(business is slow) about heading out to the garage to do some building....
Here's what I got in mind...
A sidecar for one of my bikes.
But not any side car..... needs to be good for an outdoor Photographer.
I want to be able to pull the side car apart and paddle it on water like a kayak, or pullit like a sled in winter over snow/ice/open water.

Here's my concept : the side car on the motorcycle is basically a flat platform. The side car body is basically a shorter, wider, squared off front and rear, kayak/canoe. Fiberglass over rigid foam bottom and sides, gortex and nylon over fiberglass ribs on top......

any advice on how I should design the thing to make it workable as a boat...

Is anyone else reminded of a certain George and Mildred sketch? Or does that just give away my age?
