I wouldn't bother with doing it either way Barrie unless there is something specifically that 13 is offering that you 'must have'.
Personally - haven't bothered with my copies of elements or PS since buying LR4 last year. I can do all the pp I am interested in using LR

I've downloaded the Cloud trial of Photoshop and Lightroom 5 but having tried it I will probably stick with the Lightroom I have (I have Lightroom 4).I think the Cloud price is pretty decent though and worth thinking about for anyone wanting to upgrade.

Still on Lightroom 4.1 here. Nothing in LR5 interested me. LR6 will have to be ground breaking for me to upgrade. I will not be using any cloud rental enslavement software.

As far as I can make out it's £81.08 incl.VAT to buy as a new user. But £66.43 incl VAT to upgrade. which is what I would normally do, being on version 11 just now and mostly using Lightroom 5
Trouble is for the equivalent of an extra £3.25 a month I could go for a 12 month subscription to the cloud Photoshop and Lightroom.
Has anyone done a similar switch and found it worthwhile.
