I especially like the first. Wild nature contrasts with Man's orderly architecture.
The third could almost have been done by Hill and Adamson. Very timeless.

I prefer this set to your eucalyptus trees. The first 'deadwood' makes me wonder if you are referring to the foliage or the religious establishment.
The black and white treatment for the close up details in the 3rd, 4th and 5th pictures really appeals to me.

As you've said elsewhere, let's just be thankful we're still standing. 26 years was way too short for Adamson...

The place has 'a past', and as such, a spot in the social history of Melbourne. While hindsight into a previous era is all very well, it certainly appears to have been an institution where orphans and children adopted out by desperate, unmarried mothers were used in a work-house / poor-house environment.
The place has a disquieting feel in parts, as you wander about. I'm not the only one who has passed comment on it. The titles of images in my 'Forgotten Convent' gallery on Pbase (shameless plug) are reflective of aspects of this.
