Just over a week ago spent a few days up in the yorkshire dales had very mixed weather and it was one of the first opportunities to use my K5. Unfortunately my partner isn't into photography and I felt a little rushed.

You did unfortunately pick a pretty awful week weather wise Annie. I very much like the first shot - especially as it is something that I keep promising myself I will get around to photographing one day!

No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more

1st and 4th for me.I like the composition of the viaduct, the bleakness of the dales.
C&C welcome.

I like them all but I love number 4.

As for being rushed by your partner, I've found that persistence (or just sheer bloody-mindedness) has gradually built up my wife's tolerance - I can now get quite a few shots off before the inevitable "can we just go now?"

Thanks every one for the nice comments

I have also found that sheer bloody-mindedness works most of the time but one of the days away I persuaded him to come with me to the fall at west burton, been there often before, on this occasion it was raining but I love the place so got my own way. It was the expression on his face when I started to get my tripod out. Say no more lol thought it best to just take a couple of hand helds, and then drive back to the pub

Another vote for 1 & 4 for me too!

My wife hasn't settled with nagging me to hurry up. She now has the kids on her side. "Where's daddy?". "Oh, he's photographing anotherlog! "
Getting there! Thanks to you guys
