I took this picture in Sydney NS, I've always been at a loss to know what 'Ponzo' is and can't find a reference to it anywhere, do any of our Canadian chums know?

Ponzo is spelled correctly. It is a dressing/marinade.
Google ponzo dressing/marinade.
