A morning walk

There was some nice low light yesterday morning so took a stroll down to the river, taking a few on the way. Used the 28 2.8 AL and 55 1.4.

I like no 5 a lot. lovely bokeh and colour on the leaves.


no 2 for me is missing a focal point
no 3 had potential but is a bit soft in colour. here's something 'different' I tried wtih the same weed.

I did reduce the saturation on no3, and couldn't decide if it was an improvement or not. Here it is without messing with saturarion.

No.4 for me as well.

Would it be possible to (selectively) increase contrast/sharpness on the group of seed-heads, just left of the path?
With the line of the fence receding into the distance & the lines of the oof grasses & the shadow left foreground bringing the eye back, it would create a nice resting/finishing point for the composition.
(IMO!)
