I'm just sharing this one more or less as shot, as you can clearly see the way the cycles work on a complex pendulum, first cycle lasted around 18 secs and each other cycle lasted 2 secs less than the one previous.

When you spend ages setting something up and then a shot takes 6 mins (3 + 3 d/f ) and you look at the review and see this

Results were not as good as i had hoped, but they are promising.
pretty much as shot, no cloning or mirroring.
The sharp angles of the pattern seem to make it jittery, not smooth and unsharp.
