Last Saturday was 'World Pentax Day' and I was working. Fortunately there were several gaps in testing when I was able to get out with the camera

For some reason I couldn't get the full path to the larger images I'd uploaded elsewhere, only the web page that shows them.
I was a bit short for time so decided this was the best compromise - as I've also mixed up the links it seems I was wrong.

I'll have another go later when I've got time to do it properly!

There you go.

Great set actually, pity you couldn't get a little higher just to lose the crash barrier at the bottom of a couple of the shots (presuming that's what it is).

I think its fun, like having a Lucky Dip, not knowing what is going to come up. To me that's what it's all about. Some nice shots too as an added bonus

Thank's Mike!

They were shot over, a gate, the bed of a recovery truck, and there was a crash barrier on the far side of the truck. I agree it is a shame, but at least it avoided the chain link fence that faintly shows in so many of my shots! I could crop it out of most of the shots taken from there but typically the most interesting ones had cars just a little closer.

The shot of Jeff Smith going off was taken through a fence (lens hood in contact with the chain link) while the Porsche made use of a small opening someone had engineed in the links. I think there's quite a difference in contrast even if the links don't show at all.

I went to a bird sanctuary a couple of months ago and shot through metal fencing, it really does degrade the pictures even if you don't actually see it in the image.
