The dung fly is nice with such a lot of detail. And that soft golden colour is almost unique to them.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Very nice as ever, Derek... great detail and strong compositions... partic like no.3 of this set... great sense of balance on the curved leaf...

Superb. The colours of the bugs are brought out beautifully by the lighting, background and composition. The dung fly for me, too, if I really had to choose one.

Would the last one benefit from a tighter crop on the bug? My eyes keep being drawn to the OOF circular blobs on the right.
