As far as I can see this is just the 645IIn with a sensor and LCD,....I can tell you now that it WILL be very cost effective because other than a good price it has little to offer,.....just a poor mans 'Blad H2/ H3 (which is a 39 or 45 meg system) without even the limited adaptability.
Quite a lot of people have been pegging their hopes on this camera including me so a bit of a downer really..........
The only ray of sunshine is that it is going to be quickly made obsolete by systems already in the pipeline from other makers so there is the chance of picking one up at a bargain secondhand price before too long.

Well when you think about it, they are all disposable camera's from the Canon 1Ds Mkll to the Digital backs. That is the "hook" of digital technology. Get good glass...It lasts. I am not a big fan of 'Blads. I always found them to be cumbersome, difficult to manipulate and incredibly expensive for everything from lenses to accessories. I much preferred the Mamiya 645 or Pentax 67 or 645. I had used 'Blads for several years and sold them. I then went with a Fuji 680 and a Bronica ETRSi system...As far as I can see this is just the 645IIn with a sensor and LCD,....I can tell you now that it WILL be very cost effective because other than a good price it has little to offer,.....just a poor mans 'Blad H2/ H3 (which is a 39 or 45 meg system) without even the limited adaptability.

So I wouldn't mind a disposable 6 or 7k€ camera that I keep for about three years, keep the lenses and sell the body to purchase a 45 megapixel camera for about 4 to 5k€ which will probably be the price by that time.
