I rather like this actually but I think your WB is slightly off so altered that and just cropped a little more off.

Hope you don't mind, will delete if you want.

Not for many years Gareth, and even then I wasn't that military.

It was parked at Shoreham airshow.

Nice to see a different point of view. Mike's slight crop was in my mind before I scrolled down to see he had beaten me to it.

Nice photo. K.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

nice POV and framing, but I'd love to see it in B&W

Thanks for that thought Axl. I am not a great b/w enthusiast (but please feel free to have a go), but a an aircraft of that time in sepia might work. I will have to have a play tomorrow.

Something like this? Just a quick stab at it.

Unfortunately, the conversion has made the halos around the edges of the plane more obvious. Perhaps it has been over-sharpened? Or perhaps an artifact of copying the file from here rather than using the original.

Cheers, K.

With Mike's crop, sepia conversion in the camera, blurring, graining and desaturation, I came up with this and I am not sure. Looks to me as if the fuselage has been chopped off.
