I really like the creamy bokeh and colour on the Takumar one. No one seems to realize but the 50mm f/1.4's did vary quite a bit. I used to know a camera dealer who sent about 10 back before he got one he considered acceptable. I think he'd got to used to seeing how sharp Yashica lenses were and thought Pentax should be the same Pity the Yashica colours are so bad

Not much to criticise here Tim. This is a lovely group. No wonder they were accepted. I think I've seen the bluebells and little boy shots before.

Please feel free to critique these, as Dr Mhuni rightly pointed out last month, just because they are in the PPG doesn't mean they don't have flaws (in some cases lots of 'em )
The first two were both shot for the 'Local Flora' PUF competition, both with a £12 Vivitar lens. There third one was with my £10 Takumar with the broken aperture.

This was one from my Hong Kong trip back in April. I've spent ages messing around with this but finally realised it just works much better in BW (thanks Dr M). Colour version is here.
