Taken from my driveway, the foothills west of me, not to mention neighborhood trees, makes for a small observing window as the Moon (or other object) will drop below the ridgeline before the sky darkens enough to see it, or it will descend behind trees unseen.

Of course, I could always travel to a more favorable location, but the driveway is just too convenient.
