Great images.. What is the brand and model of ringflash Derek ? Think I may want to give this macro stuff a bit more of an interest...

The ringflash is a viltrox jy670. Cost me the princely sum of £30 or so. 2nd hand from another forum member. Works brilliantly for my needs.

Great images Derek, very well done. I think you should go the whole hog and do some at F2.8, if you upload a few I will show some I did a few years ago to compare. Mine were not with a K-1 however, I think they would be either K-5 or K-x, but I can't quite recall. They were with a Sigma 105 macro though, on the end of a full set of extension tubes.

I will try and take a few tomorrow, will have to try and pick my subjects well, as the dof is tiny as is
