Excellent list and agree with most of them. I can certainly vouch for 43 having a second monitor for photo processing, this is especially useful when watching video tutorials on how to use photoshop to create certain looks.
And sort of agree with 21 in ditching the neck strap but would recommend this link for general walking about with this strap link. I've found it excellent.

I've been carrying my camera round all week in the hope that I'd get chance to use it.
Came to get the card out of it last night to get the last of my shots off it and, yep, it wasn't there. It was still in my card reader!!
Good job I hadn't needed the camera.

I don't see this one at all - I use mine in whatever attitude is required at the time. 90 odd % it's grip up, but when rolling n the floor with a boistrous toddler whilst framing a shot it is frequently grip down ---- I don't care."72. There are only three I'd strongly agree with (1, 29 & 90)
Whilst anything that says NEVER or ALWAYS is almost certainly wrong when it comes to photography. Even if it's true for most of the time.
I guiess 86 is the only one I totally disagree with. If you don't clear out trash how can you find the good shots! I certainly keep a lot with very little promice but in pushing your limits you are bound to take shots that don't work at all, and even in more routine photography I've had people step in front of me just as I take a shot...
