10 stop ND filter or normal

I took these two photos today, One with a 10 stop ND filter and one without. Which do you prefer.
F8 8sec ISO 80 18mm

This was the ND filter with a young girl walking in front of me.m

And this one was ISO 80, 1/250 F7.1 28m
