First stop on the honeymoon was Chicago, only had the morning for sight seeing so we did the Millenium Park and Sears tower. Oh and it was -13C too!

1st shot is just to show how big it is, and the rest of them are playing with angles and the reflections. Let me know which ones work for you, and any other comments appreciated.

I see dirty streaks on the first and last shots, couldn't you have polished it first

I like the second shot best.

Like #3, the distortion and lack of edge to the reflective surface work well.

I like #3 best but all of them are good.
Chicago, what a city for architecture (and architecture photography). Shame I was there before the digital era, should go back again. But certainly not in winter time...

BTW: #1 is a great shot in it's own right!

#3 is great!

This is one of the most photographed areas in Chicago.

Same as Hyram. 2 and 3.

I love those crisp winter days that you get often in America (and mainland Europe), but not so often in the UK.

Ahhh. Memories of being on both feet! I'm really glad we got to see the Cloud Gate, or The Bean as the locals call it. My personal favourites are no. 1 (as I'm in it with no plaster cast!) because it shows the shear scale of the sculpture, and no. 4 for the unusual angles of the reflections. I think Danny will agree that dispite the cold we could have spent a lot longer in Millennium Park!
