Looks like you'll be up for a new adventure with your new equipment!
You'll still have the community here. Something I can't find in the other camps. We got a very good bunch of people here.

You brought something different and special to the Gallery, Axel. I for one will miss your input.
Of course, when Pentax's next DSLR contains the 24 mp Sony sensor, you may choose rejoin us... I hope so.
Viel Glück!

No please don't .... personally I am always interested in why people choose something different. It is always good to refresh in your mind what it is that unique (both positively & negatively) about our brand.I give this thread about 15 minutes before it is locked or deleted.
There will be different requirements for photographers at different levels and pro / amateur needs.
I just remember my visit to that Jessops shop when, after a good hour of trying things out, my K7 with 18-55WR at £499 was so clearly the only choice - the quality & value made it a 'no-brainer'. And at that stage I didn't know much about Pentax and the amazing lens compatibility that would allow me to build a reasonable 'system' so quickly.

Thanks for all the nice wishes and feedback. I agree - the community is special - much more photo-related comments then in communities like fotocommuity (where 90% is telling you, that they like the place you have been to take a photo but don't say a lot about the photo itself )

I thought, it is not possible to post feedback on other systems in the forum? I am always happy to share and I am anyway not that much a brand believer (I am member of a small photo-group - 4 members, 4 different brands and we have lot's of fun )

just want to let you know, that I might not contribute that much any more in the future. I got my new DSLR and it is not a K5ii or special sneak presell K3 ;.) - I decided to get a Nikon D7100. I still have my old K20D with a 18-250mm lens, but carrying a second body to a shooting is not something I am going to do that often.
I really enjoyed contributing to this forum and to see the work of some really good photographers. If some still want to see my latest works - you have some choices.
I typically upload samples of each session in Facebook (just look for Axel Luther ), or in the fotocommunity (but I only paid for the German FC) or simply come to my web page (http://www.axel-luther.com/projekte/) - to make it even more international I will translate each of my pages step by step into EN .
Hope, Pentax get's back on the track to offer semi pro and pro DSLRs - I just experience that there is a level above and I hope Pentax comes back to this level with the new K?.......
Axel
