It's an excellent lens . . . but . . . £499.00 is a tad excesive I think. I have the SMCP-M version and it's a good performer even on the K10D with the known exposure issues.

Go on, treat yourself

I don't know if it's the same seller, but I saw another one of these for a similar price "buy it now" a few weeks ago.

Suspect it didn't sell and has been relisted. Great lens yes, worth £500, I'd say no.

If anyone's after a Tamron Adaptall PKA adaptor, that seller's got one on a lens. Might be a bargain.

Well the auction just ended, without a single bid.

Let's hope he re-lists it with a more sensible reserve.

it went for over £40, so I left it.

I'm starting to think it might have been a bargain after all however, considering this one still has 3 days to run!

I think I might start an investment company - I got my PKA mount for £18, got myself a 1.7x AF adaptor for less than £75 a year ago... Might be able to retire next year at this rate!

ok I think there has been some bid cancelation going on, that KA mount was at £64 before I went out this evening I'm sure it was! now it's back to a much more sensible £16.
