Pentax MZ-S 35mm SLR
I get what you say danofmk, and indeed more often than not use the MZ-S in Manual Focus (and manual exposure) mode. Other times though, I do find auto focus and aperture or shutter priority really useful. The MZ-S leaves you wanting for nothing - a magnificant film SLR camera which works with al...

FS: Pentax D-FA* 70-200mm f/2.8 (mint and boxed)
Interesting what you say about the weight, that is the one issue holding me back from getting one; still undecided. I'm not really in any massive rush to sell it so it's worth just making it really clear for anyone interested - the weight must be considered. My main reflection on the weight issue...

For Sale Pentax K10D and K20D bodies
When we upgraded to the K-5 a few years ago, the K10D and K20D bodies went to my brother-in-law and his wife. Now they have upgraded to the K-3 II they have come back to me, and are now on offer. The K10D was originally mine, the K20D was originally Sue's. I haven't checked the shutter count yet, bu...

For Sale Pentax K10D and K20D bodies
I'm assuming you might take the K20D as "better" in that it's newer and has a 14.6MP sensor. The K10D is the last of that line to use a CCD, and some do prefer that in some ways, but that's debateable I think. I'll take a picture and check the number of actuations and get back to you shortly.

FS: Pentax FA* 250-600mm f5.6
I remember you buying this Mike. Always hurts to sell rare long glass. I regretted selling my 400mm f4 and nearly bought it back again when it recently went for sale. Good luck with the sale and all the best for your son.

FS SMC K 55mm F1.8
I've ended up with two copies of this beauty. I had planned to keep them both as it's my fave of all the legacy glass I have, but I've promised the boss a clear out. The aperture and focus are exactly as you'd like them to be and the glass is in excellent shape and free from anything of note. ...

F.S. Cosina AF 100mm f3.5 macro WITH the rare 1:1 adapter lens
This Cosina auto focus macro lens is often said to be the same as the Pentax 100mm AF macro (except the latter has a focus limiter). It also known as the 'plastic fantastic' because it is indeed a fantastic performer. It isn't seen for sale very often for this very reason and, when it is seen, it...

FS: Pentax FA 50mm F1.4 - Absolutely as NEW
I bought this lens new hoping to get into doing portraits. As it's turned out nearly all my photography is travel and I only normally take one lens with me. The lens is as new and is boxed. I used it indoors at a wedding last year for a few shots, and apart from a shoot in the back garden with my...

Is there any play in the barrel (focus ring and barrel) in your copy? My copy isn't solid like a rock :D. Is sending to Poland possible? For £ 230 with shipping, I could buy it. Many thanks, Jarek

35mm m42 mount lens
I'm in the market for an m42 mount lens of 35mm focal length. Anyone have anything of interest? The "classic" is the Flektogon 35mm in f2.4 or f2.8 (depending on age/version) - super quality and lovely close focus. I still have one for sale, but to be honest if you look around you can someti...

Would like to swap...
I'd recommend trying before you buy on both of these - both have quite a few reports of front or back focusing, so always best to be sure you get a good copy and can change or return if needed. I have both (but not looking to sell either) and both focus well. If your camera allows AF adjustment ...
