The new title obviously allows quite a few interpretations. Street lighting, City Scapes, Candle, Moon, Woods, Graveyards, Castles, Illuminations etc. Something unique would be interesting. Good Luck I will look at the images next Monday and decide. Best regards Graham |

1st place I have given to Shaw's Passage. - This scene is so full of drama it captures the story of after dark. The almost manacing moving bicycle and the possible vunerable people further up the street. The illumination in the under arch business front adds to the story.
2nd places goes to After Glow. This captures in good quality the warm light of the transition to darkness.
3rd place is Izzie. This photo tells of an expectation of a good night out in a busy street. I think that if the highlights near her head had been diminished it would have been even better.
HC. place is After Dark. An excellent photo of a firework display. Good composition, sharpness and control of highlights.
Com. place goes to Architecture at Night which shows a good composition of the windows and stairs. The lighting is generaly quite subtle and burnt-out highlights have been avoided.
Com. also goes to Ignored. This imaged certainly captures the story.
Comments on the other photos in no order.
Guy Fawkes Night - A good night fairground ride detail, which captures the wonder of the child, on the apex of the curve.
Marlow Church - A nice clean and sharp photo that has a good reflection.
By the Holy River - Good travel photography with lots of story and detail.
A good set of 9 pictures. Thank you all for entering.
